Annual Gas Safety Check (CP12)
Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations 1998Must be carried out every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer. A copy of the certificate must be given to the tenant within 28 days of each check, and to new tenants before they move in. Records must be kept for 2 years.
Boiler & Heating Maintenance
